- Cancellation within Grace Period: Full refunds will be provided for any service canceled within 48 hours of booking, provided no substantial work has already been initiated.
- Non-Start of Service: If a service has not commenced due to our inability to begin the work, a full refund will be issued.
- Dissatisfaction with Service: Partial refunds may be considered on a case-by-case basis if services rendered do not meet agreed-upon standards or expectations, provided the claim is made within 7 days after delivery.
- Error in Service Provision: If there is a significant error or deviation from the service specifications agreed upon, eligible for a partial to full refund depending on the severity of the issue.
- Force Majeure: In the event of unforeseen circumstances beyond either party’s control (natural disasters, government actions, etc.), clients may be eligible for a full or partial refund, subject to review.
- Non-delivery of Promised Deliverables: Full or partial refunds may be issued if we fail to deliver the agreed-upon deliverables within the stipulated timeline without a valid reason.
2. Non-Refundable Item
- Custom Services: Any services customized to client specifications, such as personalized branding proposals, cannot be refunded once work has commenced.
- Deposits: Initial deposits are non-refundable as they cover preliminary expenses and resource allocation.
- Downloadable Materials: All digital products including guides, templates, and training materials are non-refundable once downloaded.
- Completed Services: Services that have been fully delivered and accepted by the client are non-refundable.
3. Refund Process
To request a refund, please follow these steps:

If you wish to cancel your subscription to Wrna Digital. You can do so at any time. However, please note that the subscription fees are non-refundable, and you will continue to have access to the content until the end of your subscription period.
